CtgShop can use my given Mobile number and Email address for contact with me.
CtgShop can save my IP (Internet Protocol) address for security purposes.
I will secretly save the Log-In ID and Password of my account. Do not share it with anyone.
I will not try or access another's account without permission. I will not try to do any illegal activity.
Item price may change at any time. After submitting the order, CtgShop can change the price of the item.
CtgShop can Cancel my order at any time. There will be no accountability for this.
If the warranty is mentioned with the item, the manufacturer will provide warranty. CtgShop will not warrant anyway.
 
 
 
পণ্য ফেরত ও পরিবর্তনের শর্তাবলী
 
 
পণ্য ডেলিভারির পূর্বে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে CtgShop ৩ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত অথবা পরিবর্তন করে দেবে। তবে এর পূর্বে CtgShop পণ্য পুনরায় পরীক্ষা করে নেবে।
ক্রেতা পণ্য পরিবর্তন করিতে চাহিলে, একই পণ্য স্টোরে থাকিলে CtgShop তা প্রদান করিবে। অন্যথায় CtgShop পণ্য পরিবর্তনে বাধ্য নয়।
পণ্য ডেলিভারির পর কোনো উপযুক্ত কারণ ব্যতিরেকে পণ্য ফেরত বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
 
 
 
Return & Change
 
 
CtgShop will return or change the item within 3 days, if the item is damaged before delivery. But before that CtgShop will re-examine the item.
If the buyer wants to change the item, CtgShop will change it, if the same item is available in store. Otherwise the CtgShop is not liable to change it.
The item can not be returned or changed without any suitable reason after delivery of the item.
